Meet Pooja Modi
I work with thoughtful, high-performing leaders navigating growth, complexity, and change. My work is grounded in real operating experience and focused on creating clarity when the stakes are high.
My background
I started my career at McKinsey after earning my MBA from Harvard Business School. From there, I took on leadership roles at Blue Apron and Harry’s—two high-growth consumer tech unicorns.
At both companies, I became the go-to leader for solving our most gnarly, high-stakes problems, from commercial to technical. Throughout this journey, I’ve built and led teams through hypergrowth, IPO journeys, downturns, and restructurings. I’ve managed analysts, marketers, and engineers through everything from technical migrations to strategic planning processes, and earned some of the highest team engagement scores along the way.
As I grew into executive leadership roles, one of my most transformative experiences was working with my own executive coach. My coach helped me see myself more clearly as a leader—for all my strengths and opportunities. She helped me build my executive presence and strategic voice, while pressure testing strategies for driving accountable teams and measurable business results.
This experience inspired me to get certified in Conscious Leadership and pay it forward to high-potential, growth-minded leaders.
What sets me apart
I’ve been in your seat. I’ve built and led teams through hypergrowth, IPO journeys, downturns, and restructurings. I’ve managed analysts, marketers, and engineers through everything from technical migrations to strategic planning processes. I’ve earned some of the highest team engagement scores along the way. My greatest skill is creating clarity in times of chaos, and getting focused on what really matters.
