I’ve been in your seat
I spent the first five years of my career as a management consultant at McKinsey, and earned my MBA from Harvard Business School along the way. From there, I took on senior leadership roles at Blue Apron and Harry’s, two high-growth consumer tech unicorns. I’ve successfully built and led teams through hypergrowth, IPO journeys, downturns, and restructurings.
I’ve managed analysts, marketers, strategists, and engineers through everything from technical migrations to strategic planning processes. I know what it’s like to navigate the complexity, pressure, and pace that comes with a seat at the executive leadership table.

Success is measured through a combination of goal progress, behavioral shifts, stakeholder feedback, and your own sense of effectiveness and clarity. We periodically review outcomes to ensure the coaching remains aligned with your evolving priorities.

I meet with my clients 2-3x per month, and my engagements start at 6–12 months. This allows enough time to create meaningful, sustained change. That said, the structure is tailored to your goals—whether you’re preparing for a new role, managing a critical transition, or refining your leadership at the highest level. Most engagements continue beyond the initial term.

My coaching is grounded in my experience as an operator, and sits at the intersection of content (the work) and context (how the work happens). I love to work via experiments, always leaving you with practical, tangible tactics to try. My clients typically see these small shifts lead to lasting change. Sessions are focused, strategic, and deeply personalized. We work together on real-time challenges you’re facing to clarify thinking, test assumptions, and develop practical next steps. I’m comfortable getting into the work directly with you as it relates to content, but more importantly context. We will regularly revisit your leadership goals and action plan, and we will make sure there is accountability along the way.

I work with both. On an individual basis, some clients are sponsored by their organizations, while others invest personally in their leadership development. For team engagements, I typically work with a sponsor within the organization, and faciliate at the team level.
